Pest Control FAQs
When should I call a professional pest Control service provider?
When you suspect the presence of rodents and other pests in your home and business place, give us a call as soon as possible for us to be able to conduct a thorough ocular inspection and provide you with treatment options. If we let the problem as is and wait longer before acting out, it will cause larger pest population, greater damage on your area, and an alarming risk for safety and health.
Bear in mind, prevention is always better than cure.
How do I choose a good pest control company?
When hiring a pest control service provider, it is important to ask the right questions to ensure that they are knowledgeable, certified, and in compliance to the highest industry standards.

How do you operate?
We first and foremost conduct an ocular inspection upon request for pest control services. This is a must for us to be able to distinguish the pest problems present in the area. It also provides us the opportunity to educate our clients on the pest problem they currently have, the things we have to do to control the problem and future activities to help prevent recurrent infestation.
We also figure out how much it will cost to avail of the pest control services during this inspection, the earliest date of availability of both our clients and service technician, and the things they have to do before, during, and after the pest control treatment.

How do I prepare for a pest control treatment?
Before cockroach control treatment:
· Dispose old boxes, papers, and food containers.
· Wash your dishes. Food scraps can potentially harbor cockroaches
· Store food products in sealed containers or Ziploc bags
· Use tight fitting lid trash cans and take trash out daily.
· If cockroaches are found on kitchen cupboards and bathroom cabinets, empty all dishes from those areas.
After cockroach control treatment
· Wash all dishes after treatment or before using them.
· Immediately sweep up dead cockroaches and throw them outside of your home especially if the dead roach is still carrying an egg sack (ootheca) for that egg can still hatch and reinfest your home
